Peeps Dr Pepper flavor is an unexpected new Peeps flavor. Although, after the Peeps Hot Tamales, another spiced Peeps flavor would be a perfect release.
From other Peeps flavors I’ve had, like the Peeps Hot Tamales, I would expect the flavor for these would be pretty mild compared to the actual Dr Pepper soda. I would imagine mixing sugar and the Dr Pepper flavoring would be hard to balance.

Answer: Yes.
This flavor is unique and familiar so I would be too curious not to try. Dr. Pepper was a childhood favorite for a while so I think I would enjoy this Peeps flavor.
