I couldn’t believe that I found Sun Tropics Coconut Milk Rice Pudding and it’s dairy free!
It’s crazy how there’s always milk in products even when a lot of times it’s not necessary or there are other alternatives.
I love Mexican rice pudding but can’t always eat it because of the milk. I hoped these would be a yummy replacement!

Taste
At first, I thought this was too bland but I was happy because it didn’t taste like it had artificial flavorings or too much sugar and sodium. After a few spoonfuls, I started noticing the pure coconut flavor which was magnificent. Coconut products are always ruined for me because of the excessive amount of fake flavors, too much dairy, too much sugar or not enough real coconut added. I thought this was perfect the way it is! It really has a simple, only coconut taste that I wish other products would have; it was truly a comforting snack.
