I was in Family Mart when I spotted these (ぱくっとバタースカッチ) Pakuuutto Butterscotch Morinaga Ice Cream.
I was reluctant at first because of the price but how could I skip on butterscotch ice cream.

Taste
I was disappointed because I thought the pieces would be a lot bigger. The box only brings 6 but there’s so much space in the box.
The taste is closer to caramel than it is to butterscotch. The outer chocolate coating tasted more like butterscotch but the ice cream was mild.
What I like the most was the crunchiness of the outer coating. It reminded me of Crunch DIBS ice cream.

Answer: No.
Worth Trying?: No.
The butterscotch flavor wasn’t strong enough and for 6 pieces I don’t think the price is worth it.
